Here’s another view of an Amaranth plant at the greenhouse at The Land at EPCOT: Amaranth. I don’t know much about the plant (click the link to find out that it has edible leaves) but I did photograph it while on a day trip to Walt Disney World. I was on my favorite “little” ride (“Living with the Land”) on Aug. 25, 2018, when I got the shot.
