Once again, U.S. flags are back at half-staff in remembrance of the victims of a mass shooting. The latest arrived via Highland Park, Illinois. U.S. flags have been ordered flown at half-staff (or half-mast on vessels) too many times in recent months. U.S. flags were to remain at half-staff until sunset on Saturday (July 9, 2022). I got this shot on July 6 of the flag at the entrance to our neighborhood.
