Watch It! “Road House” isn’t a good movie, but you’ll enjoy it. I call such films as “Road House” as being “watchable.” Not all bad or even mediocre films can be called “watchable,” but “Road House” is a prime cut in this genre. The best acting is done by the late Ben Gazzara. He plays a cruel crime boss who rules a small town … until his organization run into Patrick Swayze, who is the “cooler” brought in to save a local saloon. After Swayze arrives, all the elements are in place for … a watchable movie. “Road House” keeps your interest by not getting too bogged down on any one part of the story and it moves along at a brisk pace. So, “Road House” … find it and … Watch It!
