My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “Man of the House” from 1995. No, this isn’t the “Man of the House” with Tommy Lee Jones in a sorority scene, but it’s a Disney kids effort that’s worth watching by adults. It stars Chevy Chase and the then hyper-popular TV kid actor Jonathan Taylor Thomas. Both do good work in “Man of the House,” but it is the entire cast that overcomes stereotypes and kids-movie silliness to make this one very watchable. Check out “Man of the House” if you can find it. You won’t be disappointed.
