Today’s Disney photo: Wildlife, too, has to get past a security fence

The fence around the Surfboard Bay Pool at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort isn’t just for security for guests. I got this shot of a Great egret (also called a white heron) on May 7, 2016, after we arrived at the resort for a weekend stay. I’m not sure when the fence went up (it restricts pool hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.). It’s been awhile since we’ve stayed at this resort at Walt Disney World and I don’t recall the fence – but I do know the pool had posted hours. The fence around the Surfboard Bay Pool at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort isn’t just for security for guests.
