Try this flick … ‘An American Werewolf in London’ is classic horror

Try this flick …An American Werewolf in London.” Here’s a horror flick that was called great in its genre the day of its premiere and is now a classic. “An American Werewolf in London” is the story of a couple of young Americans who fall victim to a werewolf in England and the survivor, now himself a werewolf, winds up … in London, of course. “American Werewolf” is wonderfully creative in the then-new telling of a werewolf story; it had spectacular special effects that earned an Oscar for make-up; and, while a gory horror movie, you did see a motion picture – not just some gut-churning mess that tried to freak you out with its gross scenes. So, check out “An American Werewolf in London.” You won’t be disappointed.

So, I’m doing a sometimes recommendation of a movie or TV show … and they’re all movies or TV shows that I’ve reviewed on this blog and I just expanded this one …
