Retro Disney favorite photos: Looking for a way to get into the pool area? :)

As we won’t be back at Walt Disney World for some time – between the coronavirus alert and the fact that our annual passes expired and we haven’t renewed – I’ve been posting some of my “favorites” from our photos taken at WDW over the years. Today’s re-post is a photo from 2016. A bird skirts the fence at a pool. Here is the original caption: “The fence around the Surfboard Bay Pool at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort isn’t just for security for guests. I got this shot of a great egret (also called a white heron) on May 7, 2016, after we arrived at the resort for a weekend stay. I’m not sure when the fence went up (it restricts pool hours from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.). It’s been awhile since we’ve stayed at this resort at Walt Disney World and I don’t recall the fence – but I do know the pool had posted hours. The great egret is also called the white heron.” (Remember: Click on the image for a bigger version – then click on that one for the full-size photo.)
