My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “Nine to Five.” It’s the story of women making a mark for women in the “pink ghetto” of corporate American in the 1970s. All the good ideas in “Nine to Five” have pretty much been realized (except for equal pay), but I’m sure you don’t remember the great acting from the troika of Tomlin-Fonda-Parton. “Nine to Five” has a great story line, is well-directed and well-acted. Don’t worry, you’ll find “Nine to Five” somewhere sometime on the movie grid … and don’t miss the great supporting performance by Dabney Coleman.
I’m posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
