My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “Broken Arrow.” Here’s another film that is evidence that John Travolta, no matter how odd his personal life, knows how to appeal to an audience. He’s top-notch in “Broken Arrow” as the know-it-all bad guy who steals a nuclear bomb. Christian Slater works to stop him and “Broken Arrow” just speeds along and you have a totally enjoyable ride. I’m not saying that Travolta can’t do a bad film (ever see the sequel to “Saturday Night Fever?”), but “Broken Arrow” is just another flick that shows he knows how to sell tickets.
So, I’ve begun posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
