I’m a day late posting the latest error on my desk calendar. The calendar maker obviously did not hire an editor, or if he did, that person is incompetent. In the latest installment of “calendar maker is an idiot,” we have the calendar noting Red Buttons’ first role on TV as an actor. It says March 26, 1956. However, that was 4½ years after his first real TV appearance on Sept. 18, 1951, on an episode of “Suspense.” Just the latest stupidity in a growing list of them from this year’s calendar on my desk in Naples, Fla. I got this photo on March 27, 2018. Click here for all my idiot calendar maker blog posts … (Remember: Click on the image above for a bigger version – then click on that one for the full-size photo.)
