The only good thing you can say about the driver who parked this way at the WalMart near our home in North Naples, Fla., is that the vehicle has a handicap-registered tag. Other than that, there’s not much to defend. If the driver’s intent was to keep free space for a mechanical lift (I see a decal that indicates the van has one), that would be OK to take a little angle. But this one? The word that comes to mind is entitled. I’d say the driver loves to show that he or she can park like this and justify because of the physical challenge. However, the driver shouldn’t partially park in another handicap spot (what if THAT vehicle has a lift?) or do this. The I got the photos Jan. 20, 2018.
