Ah, Naples in the summer. It’s raining (as you can see on the windshield) and I’m stopped at a traffic signal that’s green. It’s because the driver at the head of the left-turn line can’t turn because of red-light runners are still in the intersection even though our lane has a green turn signal – the red, which appears somewhat yellow here, is for the other lanes.
