It’s nice that they have countdown clocks at intersections for pedestrians (or, in this case, bicyclists) to see just how long until the next light change. However, I think that such “shot clocks” ought to be put up with the traffic signals so drivers will know when the next yellow light is coming – and they don’t have to glance over to the side in hopes of catching a glimpse.
