(Click here to read my movie suggestion for today …) and it is “Juggernaut.” Here’s a precursor to a certain bus-with-a-bomb-on-board film, but without the good action. “Juggernaut” is more of a tension-drama effort than a special effects masterpieces. It’s the story of a bombs placed on an ocean liner and “Juggernaut” isn’t bad – it just has that tired, 1970s look about it in both feel and pace. However, that’s not all bad and at least the director takes time with “Juggernaut” to tell the story – and doesn’t use plot as one segue to another just to get to the action. “Juggernaut” isn’t easy to find, but you’ll probably find it interesting.
So, I’m in the middle of doing a daily recommendation of a movie … and they’re all movies that I’ve reviewed on this blog. Below is the link back to the original review.
